1. What kind of products do you sell?
We create and sell geometric animal wall art, crafted in a minimalist polygonal style. Our designs are printed and shipped ready to display — perfect for modern interiors and animal lovers.
2. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping, and it’s free on all orders over $50 USD. Tracking is included with every order.
3. How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes:

Canada/EU: 8–15 business days

Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
4. Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please email support@PawlyGons.com before returning anything.
5. What if my item arrives damaged?
If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
6. How do I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking link to become active.
7. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing and can’t guarantee changes. Contact us as soon as possible at support@PawlyGons.com.
8. Do you offer custom designs or pet portraits?

9. What materials are used?
Our art is printed on high-quality matte paper or canvas, depending on the design. We aim for lightweight, ready-to-frame pieces that bring texture and modern contrast to your walls.
